Lim is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of experience leading and supporting technically-oriented teams. He specializes in developing and implementing IT initiatives and has a strong ability to grow teams and technology. Lim is a certified Citrix Administrator and Novell Administrator, with expertise in cloud technologies, Windows servers, and System Center products. Lim has worked on a variety of projects for companies in different industries, including Oil and Gas, Local Commercial Banks, and Local training providers.

His achievements include implementing a single point of contact for the Service Desk, establishing a desktop deployment process, and migrating over 1,000 desktop PCs to Vista. Lim is an excellent trainer and has delivered training on cloud technologies, PowerShell, VB Scripting, System Center products, and Windows 10 Deployment.
