Ahmad, an IT expert with over 27 years of experience in sales, customer support, system engineering, lecturing, training, and consulting. His extensive knowledge of the IT industry has allowed him to understand the importance of business value, infrastructure efficiency, and user productivity. He has been an Apple Certified Trainer since 2008 and has completed the Train-The-Trainer program at Apple Singapore. He is certified to deliver Mac OS X Support Essentials and Mac OS X Server Essentials courses as per Apple’s standards and expectations. With his developed training materials, he has conducted several courses such as Mac OS X Basics, iLife Basics, iWork Basics, iPad Basics, and iOS Development, benefiting clients like Apple Malaysia, Mont' Kiara International School, and University Technology Malaysia.

He is also a technical expert in macOS-based computers, iOS devices, LEGO Mindstorms robots, and Xcode. As the Director of Tomafuwi Productions Sdn Bhd, Ahmad conducts training, presentation, and consultation services in OS X, iOS, iWork, and iLife training. He is also an Apple Certified trainer for 10.12 macOS Sierra and 10.10 Yosemite Server, and conducts classes on LEGO Mindstorms and making iOS Apps using Swift. Ahmad has worked with Apple, Inc as a Senior System Engineer and Telekom Malaysia as a Customer Support Manager.
